DL Invest Group, a commercial real estate investor and developer in CEE, has entered into a joint venture partnership with Boosteroid, a cloud gaming and cloud solutions provider specialising in cloud and data centre technologies.

The partnership aims to build and develop a network of data centres across Europe, equipped with cloud infrastructure for AI, machine learning, high-performance computing, edge computing, cloud services and gaming. The projects will address growing market demand for AI and cloud services, leveraging Boosteroid's technological expertise and DL Invest Group's real estate execution capabilities.

"This partnership brings together two fast-growing organisations: one of the most dynamic tech companies globally and the largest private, fully integrated commercial real estate investor and developer in Poland," said Dominik Leszczyński, CEO and Founder of DL Invest Group.

DL Invest Group, supported by over 247 in-house professionals, combines the roles of general contractor, design studio, asset and property manager, and long-term owner. The Group manages a portfolio worth over €1 billion, comprising more than 400 tenants across industrial, office, and retail sectors.

Boosteroid has been developing its infrastructure since 2016 and is now one of the world's largest providers of technological solutions in data centres, cloud and AI for the gaming sector, serving over 7.8 million users across Europe, North and South America.

"Our cooperation with DL Invest Group will enable us to build a distributed, scalable, and sustainable network of data centres in strategic locations across Europe," said Ivan Shvaichenko, CEO of Boosteroid. The first joint venture projects are in the design phase, with initial facilities ranging from 20 to 40 MW and potential for expansion to 50-150 MW.
