Microsoft has launched a tender to consolidate its Bucharest offices in a new location. The company is looking for 20,000 sqm of modern office space and is willing to pay around €3 million a year for rent, zf.ro reports citing market sources.

CTPark Bor has been expanded by a multi-functional service centre. The aim of this centre is not only to provide an office space for the tenants of CTPark Bor, but also to be attentive to their personal needs. The building includes a restaurant, a mini market and a medical professional. CTP is also drafting plans for a space with games and an area for athletic activity.

Skanska invests €50 million in the second phase of Generation Park, an office project located in Warsaw, Poland. The second building, with a total leasable area of about 18,300 square meters, will comprise 16 stories above ground and two stories of underground parking. The investment will also include four underground parking levels for the planned third building.

Rudolf Nemes will be joining CTP as Country Manager in Hungary, effective on January 8th, 2018, while István Pozderka became the company’s new Senior Business Developer in Hungary, effective on January 1st, 2018. Blackstone Property Partners Europe Lower Fund 2 plans to acquire 24 logistics centres from Goodman. The buyer intends to buy assets and shares in several companies which own properties in Poland, France and Germany.

Catalyst Capital, a European real estate investment and fund management firm, has bought Nobilis Business House from Echo Investment for €44 million. The building, located on Marii Skłodowskiej-Curie Street in Wrocław, was completed in late 2016.

EPP has acquired O3 Business Campus II, the second building of an office complex located on Opolska Street in Kraków from Echo Investment as a part of the ROFO transaction agreed in 2016.

P3 has acquired over 17 hectares of land in the vicinity of P3 Bucharest Park with the purpose of developing the park up to 500,000 square meters in the next two years. The new plot of land allows for the building of a warehouse of up to 100,000 sqm.

Carrefour opened a new hypermarket in Warsaw. Its customers will be able to take advantage of its digital solutions, as well as range of new commercial concepts, including m-commerce type services, a restaurant right in the heart of the store and a line of checkouts that is not quite what they'll be expecting.
