Romanian investors have significantly increased their presence in the commercial real estate market, allocating nearly €1.8 billion to local acquisitions between 2015 and 2025. 

Construction of the Nový Rohan project has begun on Rohan Island in Prague's Karlín. For the development company J&T Real Estate, which is behind the project, this is the largest investment to date, reports e15.cz.

AXI Immo has released its latest report on the Warsaw office market for the first half of 2025, showing the city’s continued resilience amid changing economic conditions. Despite a modest level of tenant activity, with total take-up reaching approximately 300,000 sqm, leasing remained steady and focused largely on central locations. Around 85,000 sqm of modern space was delivered in the first six months, with 93% located in central zones, primarily through flagship projects like The Bridge and Office House. The vacancy rate across the city stood at 10.8%, with 140,000 sqm under construction by the end of June.

Koramic Real Estate Romania, the local division of the Belgian family office Koramic Investments, has announced a total investment of €30 million for two new residential projects in Romania. 

City Point Targówek, an urban logistics development in Warsaw, has secured a lease agreement for 10,000 sqm of warehouse space with a leading company from the food production and distribution sector. According to Peakside Capital Advisors, this is the largest lease signed on the Warsaw logistics market in 2025 to date, both in terms of size and level of technical customisation. Handover is scheduled for Q3 2026.
