Polish developer Develia sold a record 3,345 residential units in 2025 based on development and preliminary contracts, exceeding its annual target of 3,100-3,300 apartments by 5% compared to 2024.

The company delivered 2,959 units last year, 3% more than in 2024. In the fourth quarter alone, Develia sold 845 apartments and delivered 996 units. The sales included 173 apartments from investments acquired through the takeover of Bouygues Immobilier Polska and 28 units from joint venture projects.

The highest annual sales were recorded in Aleje Praskie and Bemowo Vita in Warsaw, Orawska Vita in Wrocław, Centralna Vita and City Vibe in Kraków, Południe Vita in Gdańsk, and Unii Lubelskiej in Poznań.

"For another consecutive year, we recorded sales and achieved our annual plan with a surplus. We also delivered the highest number of apartments in the company's history," said Andrzej Oślizło, CEO of Develia. "The very good sales result for the last quarter of the past year - 70% higher compared to the same period in 2024 - confirms the market revival visible for several months."

At the end of 2025, Develia had 48 reservation contracts that may be converted into development contracts. The company expects further gradual sales growth this year, supported by lower interest rates, rising wages and positive economic prospects.
