Polish developer Archicom has finalised the sale of the City One, the first building of the City Forum office complex in central Wrocław to an international institutional investor for €33.8 million. The name of the buyer has not been disclosed.

Adventum International, a Malta-based boutique investment fund manager, has acquired yet another property in Poland. The 17, 000 sqm Centrum Orlat office building at Plac Lwowskich in Wrocław was purchased from seller EFL Service S.A. being part of the financial groups of the European Leasing Fund S. A. With this transaction Adventum’s Quartum Polish office portfolio grew to 63.000 sqm GLA.

Panattoni developer has leased approx. 13,400 sqm to VS Transport at Panattoni Park Wrocław VII. The tenant will be moving into the complex this April, and the developer is announcing the construction of a further 38,000 sqm at the same location.

Savills has been appointed as sole letting agent for office space in the three buildings of Business Garden Wrocław, owned by the ISOC Group. Savills has also been the property manager for the first phase of the project since mid-2019.

Savills Investment Management acquired a logistics centre near Wrocław. The purchase price amounts to €32.7 million. This modern facility with a total area of 46,000 sqm. was purchased by Savills IM on behalf of Savills IM European Logistics Fund 3 (ELF 3) from Panattoni Europe.

Segro plc, in its role as venture advisor to the Segro European Logistics Partnership (SELP), has acquired Panattoni City Logistics Wrocław I - two buildings with a total area of 38,000 sqm. Advisors from JLL represented Segro within the transaction.

The Spanish Azora Europa I Fund has closed the disposal of Aquarius Business House office complex in Wrocław, which has been acquired by the international fund CBRE Global Investors. Avison Young’s investment team represented the buyer.

Savills has been appointed as sole adviser to M7 Real Estate for the fund’s entire office portfolio. Savills will be responsible for office space leasing and property management. The portfolio comprises a total of approximately 73,500 sqm across seven buildings located in four cities: Warsaw, Krakow, Wroclaw and Katowice.

In October 2021, global IT leader GlobalLogic will occupy 10,000 sqm under a new lease agreement in Wrocław Business Park – Strzegomska Park. The landlord will pull down part of the existing office complex to make way for a new bespoke building to fulfil the tenant’s requirements - the first such transaction in the history of the Wrocław office market. With this deal, GlobalLogic, as a leader in the IT industry, is, therefore, setting new trends on the local office market. GlobalLogic was advised on the transaction by Cushman & Wakefield.

Via a subsidiary, TAG Immobilien AG signed an investment agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Vantage Development S.A. with a simultaneous carve-out of its commercial real estate business which will be repurchased by the selling shareholders. The total transaction consideration amounts to c. €131 million, of which c. €46 million relate to the commercial real estate business unit. As a result, the total net consideration for TAG amounts to c. €85 million for the residential business and platform of Vantage Development.
