Cushman & Wakefield has been responsible for the audit of the Focus office building and obtaining a BREEAM IN-USE International certificate for the scheme. The office complex, located at 26 Ludowej Avenue in Warsaw, received an “Excellent” rating in Building Management and a “Very Good” rating in Asset Performance.

CA Immo signed and closed a sales and purchase agreement to acquire Building B of the Warsaw Spire office complex, comprising of 21,600 sqm GLA. The transaction volume of the fully rented asset amounts to around €100 million, the annual gross rental income reaches around € 6 million. With this transaction, CA Immo fulfils one of the last strategic and budgeted targets announced for 2017.

Master Management Group is planning the first European outlet centre with a village designed concept in Poland. The first phase of the project, located in Łomna near Warsaw, close to the Warsaw – Gdańsk route and Modlin Airport, will have an area of almost 19,000 sqm. The second phase will deliver a further 30,000 sqm.

HB Reavis’ flagship development in Warsaw’s city centre, Varso, has been awarded a WELL Core & Shell Precertification by the International WELL Building Institute. Through the introduction of solutions aimed at improving employee wellbeing at the building design stage, Varso is WELL Core & Shell Precertified at the Gold level, and could be awarded WELL Core & Shell Certification following final performance verification upon completion in 2020.

Galeria Północna, GTC’s latest retail development in the Polish capital has officially opened. The mall has a total leasable area of 64,800 sqm and is LEED Gold pre-certified.

Panattoni Europe announced the sale of Panattoni Park Warszawa–Konotopa to MEP Industrial Centre Warsaw, owned by M&G European Property Holding Company. The multi-tenant logistics centre comprises two buildings totalling close to 50,000 sqm and is fully leased. After the sales transaction is completed, Panattoni Europe will stay on as the facility manager.

The Nowy Świat 2.0 office building in Warsaw has been recognized with an LEED Gold ecological certificate. Experts from JLL supported investor Centrum Bankowo-Finansowe “Nowy Świat” S.A. in obtaining the certificate.

Helaba, Berlin Hyp and pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank have jointly underwritten an investment facility totaling €370 million to refinance the Warsaw Spire Office complex. The assets are owned by the newly established Ghelamco European Property Fund. The transaction closed in August 2017. Helaba, Berlin Hyp and pbb are acting as joint lead arrangers providing equal portions of the funding, with Helaba acting as facility and security agent of the transaction.

The handover of the second office building one month ahead of schedule completed the construction of the West Station scheme next to the Warszawa Zachodnia station. With an area of 38,000 sqm, the new building is one of the largest built in Warsaw this year. More companies have just shown their appreciation for its offices by leasing over 8,300 sqm of space.

Panattoni Europe has embarked on the project to build the central warehouse for the building and home design retail chain, OBI. The BTS facility with close to 50,700 sqm will be delivered near Łódź, in the Nowosolna commune. Its development has been divided into two stages – with the first one scheduled for completion in November 2017.
