Skanska has sold the first phase of the Spark office complex in Warsaw to a real estate fund of KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG, a leading German independent investment and asset manager. This is not only the buyer's first acquisition with Skanska, it is also the fund's first investment in the Polish office market.

HB Reavis received a building permit for a new office campus in Warsaw. Office buildings with open ground floors, a public square and green areas the size of two football pitches may be built at Burakowska 14, at the intersection of the districts of Wola, Śródmieście and Żoliborz.

Deka Immobilien has instructed real estate advisory firm Savills to lease another seven office buildings: Atrium One, Helion, Luminar, MatchPoint A and B as well as Mokotowska Square in Warsaw, and Andersia Tower in Poznań. Atrium European Real Estate Limited has signed an agreement to acquire Wars Sawa Junior, a prime retail asset located in the heart of Warsaw and in its most prominent high street retail area, for a consideration of €301.5 million. Atrium is to acquire Wars Sawa Junior from PFCEE, a fund managed by CBRE Global Investors, using a mixture of existing cash resources and external financing.

HB Reavis has successfully sold two Warsaw office buildings to Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) who acted on behalf of a global pension fund client. Offering ca. 53,000 sqm, Buildings C and D of Gdanski Business Center are now entirely owned by the global pension fund.

S + B Gruppe AG has acquired the Jabłonowski Palace historic office complex in Central Warsaw from Commerz Real. The property offers 17,000 sqm of leasable space and 170 parking spaces.
