Beirut-based investor FFA Real Estate has acquired the Młodziejewski Palace in Warsaw from German investment fund Patrizia. The acquisition was made through FFA Real Estate’s special purpose vehicle Midolux 2. The transaction price has not been disclosed.

CPI Property Group has taken over the management of several more buildings in its Warsaw office portfolio. The Atrium Centrum, Atrium Plaza and Equator IV office buildings are now covered by the company’s in-house property management service.

The strong fundamentals of Warsaw’s office sector, coupled with no risk of oversupply and low vacancy rates, should enable the market to regain equilibrium relatively quickly after the slowdown. Cushman & Wakefield summarised Q1 2020 on the Warsaw office market.

Generation Park Y, Skanska's highest office project in the CEE region, reached the target height of 140 metres. The building will offer 47,000 sqm GLA with completion planned for Q1 2021.

Cushman & Wakefield has been chosen as the manager of The Warsaw Hub skyscrapers. At the same time, it will occupy nearly 2,500 sqm of office space in the facility, moving its Warsaw office there. Cushman & Wakefield was also responsible for the comprehensive preparation of the building for its commercial opening.

Since the start of this year, Penta Real Estate has closed the sale of three office buildings in its portfolio. After selling Rosum in Bratislava, the company completed a transaction in Poland within a single month by selling the office complex D48 and the office building BCT1 in Košice.

Consulting company Walter Herz has been appointed the leading agency responsible for commercialisation of space in EQ2 office building in Warsaw, developed by Waryński Group. Handover is planned for March 2021.

Construction work on Villa Offices, the highest commercial building in Warsaw Brewery mixed-use complex, has been completed by developer Echo Investment. WeWork will soon open its headquarters in the new office building.

CPI Property Group announced the acquisition of a 50.3% stake in the Chałubinskiego 8 office building in central Warsaw. The stake has been acquired from First Property Group for €44 million. 

6B47 Poland has acquired a 0.22 ha site on ul. Grochowska in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district from petrol station operator Circle K for the development of a 12,000 sqm student housing project. The developer was advised by BSWW Legal & Tax, Accace and ó TPA Real Estate Services.
