Panattoni is to develop its latest production and warehouse plant in the Warsaw area. The company is to deliver 31,000 sqm to Reynaers Aluminium, one of the leading European suppliers of sustainable and innovative aluminium solutions for the production of windows, doors and partition walls. The building is being constructed in Urzut – 30 km from Warsaw – on a plot chosen by the client. The centre will have a clear height of 10 m in the warehouse section and 14m in the production section.

Reynaers Aluminium is to make use of 31,000 sqm, which includes 2,500 sqm of office space. The industrial section will comprise 28,500 sqm and is to be divided into a warehouse section with a height of 10 m and a production centre with a 14 m clear height. On completion of the investment, Reynaers Aluminium will be able to employ up to 30% more people. The local authorities will also benefit from the investment because, in addition to the creation of new jobs, there will also be increased tax revenue.

“This is the first stage of the planned development of Reynaers Aluminium,” comments Andrey Klymenko, the General Manager of Reynaers Aluminium CE on the firm’s investment and he states that the plant is to be extended in the future. “The new plant will improve our operational and production capabilities and the forecasts for the coming years oblige us to plan further expansion. That’s why we are already considering the extension of our warehouse and production centre by a further 20,000 sqm and this means that in the end the centre will be extended to 50,000 sqm, which is what the site will allow.”

Reynaers Aluminium is a European producer of innovative aluminium products for the residential, commercial, and industrial construction markets and their solutions meet rigorous requirements for comfort, safety, style, and energy efficiency. The Reynaers Group had a turnover of €555 million in 2020. The company employs 2,400 employees in over 40 countries.
