P3, the long-term owner and developer of warehouse facilities in Europe, expands its portfolio by two urban plots located within the Warsaw agglomeration, on which P3 Warsaw I and P3 Warsaw II parks will be built. Thus, urban logistics is yet another direction of the developer's intensive activities undertaken in Poland.

Final interior construction works are now being carried out in the high-rise, which opened at the beginning of November this year, with the general contractor handing over the common areas. At the same time, GGH is in talks to sell Mennica Legacy Tower.

Heimstaden’s subsidiary, Heimstaden Bostad AB, announces the acquisition of two build-to-rent projects in Warsaw, Poland, from the French developer and contractor, Eiffage, which also will act as the general contractor.

The construction of Warsaw EQ2 office building by Waryński Group will be completed in January 2021. The office building, which is being constructed in the Warsaw district of Wola, at the intersection of Wschowska and Ordona streets, will be equipped with modern air ventilation units that enable the selection of appropriate filters, adequately to the epidemiological threat. The operation of the ventilation system will be supervised by BMS system, monitoring air parameters. Additionally, individual spaces within the facility will be equipped with separate ventilation systems, while access to fresh air will be ensured with the installation of tilted windows in the offices.

Skanska has sold the second building from the Spark office complex in Warsaw to Stena Fastigheter AB, one of Sweden's largest private real estate companies and part of the privately owned Stena Group.

Colliers International has taken over the management of the DSV International Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.

Echo Investment plans to deliver a 1,200-apartment residential project with retail components and social space in Warsaw’s Służewiec district. The plot on which the project will be built is the subject of a preliminary purchase agreement by Echo Investment from Immofinanz. Construction works could start in the middle of next year.

The Mennica Legacy Tower high-rise, located at the junction of Prosta and Żelazna streets in Warsaw’s Wola district, has obtained a valid occupancy permit. The main tenant, mBank, will move into the 140-metre-tall building as early as November.

Panattoni has announced its latest investment along the S8 route (Białystok–Warsaw–Wrocław) in the Warsaw region. This time the developer has purchased a 12.56 ha plot close to Nadarzyn for Panattoni Park Warsaw South, which will have an area of almost 54,000 sqm. With the building permit in place, construction work on the complex is to start in January 2021.

The number of state-owned companies relying on modern office space is on the rise, reveals Savills. The public sector and state-owned firms more than doubled their share in office take-up in Warsaw in Q1-Q3 2020 compared to last year. What’s more, Savills estimates that negotiations are pending for more than the amount of office space leased by this sector in the nine months to September 2020.
