Cushman & Wakefield has won a double mandate to deliver property and asset management for Neopark, an office complex that has been recently acquired by French investment manager Amundi Real Estate. The complex consisting of two office buildings offers a total of 24,600 sqm.


“Neopark is the second acquisition of Amundi in Poland after Nowogrodzka. We are delighted that they have once again entrusted us with managing their assets. Neopark is a very interesting property built to meet sustainability requirements. Neopark is located in the Mokotów business district, at the junction of Cybernetyki and Wynalazek streets. The property consists of two standalone buildings: Building A (ul. Cybernetyki 10) and Building B (ul. Wynalazek 1) with a combined area of 24,600 sqm of office space. The complex of two five-storey buildings was completed by French-based developer Yareal. Neopark is BREEAM certified with an Excellent rating.
