On 6 August, Warsaw's Monta Beach Volley Club will host the 15th JLL Charitable Beach Volleyball Tournament of the Real Estate Industry. Running under the motto "Family stays together," this year's event will raise funds for the daily operations of the Ronald McDonald House at the Institute "Memorial – Centre of Child Health" in Warsaw. The house, which opened to families in May, offers 20 family rooms and round-the-clock communal spaces, allowing parents to stay close to their hospitalised children free of charge. The annual cost of maintaining one room is approximately 90,000 PLN. Property Forum is a proud Media Partner of the event.

The tournament brings together over 60 teams from across the real estate sector. "Every year it gathers a large part of the industry to play for a worthy cause and support the Ronald McDonald House. We say 'family stays together' and that motto unites us all," said Oleksandr Titaievskyi, Brand & Communication Manager at Ronald McDonald House Poland. Fabian Eryk Barbarowicz, co-founder and CEO of Refield, added: "This August tournament has a unique power to bring the community together — it connects good energy, sport and people who are business partners, and sometimes competitors, in a much more relaxed format."

Competition on the sand is taken seriously. Agata Burda, Marketing Manager at Panattoni, noted: "It's a great opportunity to meet people you normally encounter during negotiations and see them in a completely different context." Julia Różankowska, Associate at DLA Piper, confirmed that her team begins training as early as June. Bartosz Mysiorski, New Markets Strategy Advisor at CMS, put it plainly: "Everyone wants to perform well. The adrenaline and sporting ambition are real." Krzysztof Kaczyński, Senior Project Manager at Concession, added: "Every win brings great satisfaction — everyone wants to go as far as possible and write themselves into the history of this competition."

Despite the competitive spirit, the atmosphere remains collaborative. "We compete, but beyond the court we function as one large community working across divides for a common goal," said Michał Wróblewicz, Associate Director at Savills. Anna Wasilewska-Dąbek, Head of Marketing & Communications at JLL Poland, who has watched the event grow from its earliest editions, reflected: "What moves me most after all these years is not the numbers. It's the moment I hear the whistle and see that on the court there is no longer any competition — just people who want to win. For themselves, and for someone who needs it far more. See you on 6 August!"
