Thanks to the early initiation of talks, and subsequent familiarity of tenant  expectations, we are able to offer flexible growth opportunities and comfort when it comes to expansion. Tristar Wrocław is an industrial and logistics park located approximately 15 kilometers from Wrocław’s city center. The facility was built in the immediate vicinity of the "Wrocław Południe" junction, connecting the A4 and A8 motorways. The logistic park consists of two warehouse buildings with a total area of 39,300 sqm, which includes office-social space. The possibility of light production in these of modern class A warehouse facilities provides an additional advantage.
