C. Hartwig Gdynia, a leading Polish freight forwarding company of the global Rhenus Group, has expanded its lease to occupy a total of 16,100 sqm of warehouse and office space in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre. The tenant was represented during lease negotiations by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.

It provides comprehensive solutions in sea freight, including bulk and break-bulk loads, road transport, air and multimodal freight, transport of oversized goods and warehousing. “C. Hartwig Gdynia decided to stay on in the Pomeranian Logistics Centre as it was happy with its prime location, competitive rental rates, space availability and excellent relations with the landlord. The tenant also took the opportunity to move to a larger unit to further expand its warehousing logistics capabilities. We are delighted that our client turned to us for our expertise once again,” says Jakub Dudkiewicz, Associate, Newmark Polska.

“We would like to thank the whole team of C. Hartwig Gdynia for their trust and professional approach to this transaction.
