Redkom Development is commercialising a new retail park in Białystok. The scheme will provide approximately 14,000 sqm of leasable area and host around 25 retail and service units. A key anchor tenant will be Biedronka, whose 1,200 sqm supermarket is expected to attract strong daily footfall.

BIG Poland has acquired OTO Park Koszalin, its 10th retail park in the country, further strengthening its position in the Polish retail market. In just over two and a half years, BIG Poland has built a portfolio of 10 fully commercialised retail parks with a total leasing area of nearly 200,000 sqm. Including three ongoing development projects, the company’s portfolio now covers 13 locations, creating a solid foundation for continued dynamic growth.

Romanian property holding Meta Estate Trust is investing around €2 million in the Cioplani retail park located near Bucharest.

Scallier, a Poznań-based commercial real estate company active in Poland and Romania, is expanding its management team. Since mid-April 2025, Rafał Langer has been leading the company’s Property Management Department as Head of Property Management.

Romanian developer Iulius is investing €28 million in its third retail park under the Family Market brand in Tomești commune, Iași County.

A new retail park has opened in Pyrzyce, marking the town’s first modern shopping centre. The project was developed by PKB Inwest Budowa in partnership with Scallier, which handled site selection, acquisition, advisory, leasing, and is now overseeing the sales process

BIG Poland has confirmed that a new 2,900 sqm building for Bricomarché will open at BIG Myszków retail park later this year. The company is also planning a further expansion of 6,000 sqm of retail space. The announcements were made during a community event held to mark the rebranding of the retail park.

Redkom Development has acquired the existing Glinki shopping centre from Carrefour Polska and, in partnership with Newgate Investment, has commenced the development of a new retail park. The facility, to be built on the site of the former shopping centre, will become the largest retail park in Bydgoszcz.

Newgate Investment has completed the purchase of a retail park located at 135 Bydgoska Street in Piła. This facility features a leasable area of 15,943 square meters and is situated in a traditionally commercial zone, having previously housed a Tesco hypermarket. The proce has not been disclosed.

BIG Poland has expanded its portfolio by acquiring the Multishop Suwałki retail park with 13,000 sqm of space. The company now owns 9 fully commercialized retail parks in Poland, totalling 175,300 sqm of GLA. The price has not been disclosed.
