After nine months of this year, the Echo Investment Group has strengthened its position in key sectors of the Polish real estate market. It has also entered the private student housing segment, starting the construction of two projects. The total value of the Group's assets at the end of September amounted to PLN 6.6 billion (ca. €1.5 billion), while cash reserves exceeded PLN 469 million (ca. €107.5 million). In November, Echo signed a conditional sale agreement for the React office building in Łódź.

In the third quarter of 2023, the total value of the Echo Investment Group`s assets increased to PLN 6.2 billion, while its further development is supported by a high level of cash amounting to PLN 627 million.

Resi4Rent has announced on LinkedIn that it has secured financing worth PLN 613 million to expand its portfolio of PRS flats. The funds raised will be used to build 2,700 new units in Kraków, Wrocław, Poznań and Gdańsk. 

Preliminary agreement regarding the consolidation of Echo Investment's and Archicom’s residential business, high level of cash amounting to PLN 778 million, PLN 11.5 million in net profit which was mainly the result of the revaluation of Resi4Rent projects and handing over to customers nearly 300 apartments – this is a brief summary of Q1 2023 results of Echo-Archicom Group.

The Echo-Archicom Group closes the year 2022 with a strong cash position and further reduced the company's net debt. This is the result of selling seven office buildings worth nearly €320 million. In 2022, the Group generated a net profit of PLN 127 million attributable to shareholders of the parent company, which was mainly the outcome of handing over to customers 2,168 apartments for sale and rent built by Echo Investment and Archicom, as well as an increase in the value of office buildings and apartments for rent.

The new investment is a continuation of the Resi4Rent Warsaw Woronicza project. It is a 5-story building with 344 subscription apartments.

Resi4Rent has secured a €50 million loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for new investments in the institutional rental market in cities hosting refugees from Ukraine, the company said. This is the first EBRD financing for the institutional rental sector (PRS) in Poland.

Handing over 1,650 apartments for sale and rent to customers, maintaining 100% of the lease level in all completed Resi4Rent buildings, increasing the turnover of Libero in Katowice and Galeria Młociny in Warsaw – this is a summary of the Echo-Archicom Group's operating activities in three quarters of 2022. During this time, the Group generated PLN 125 million in net profit.
