Didier Balcaen, CEO and Co-Founder of SPEEDWELL, talked to Property Forum about the company’s strong development pipeline in Romania and the trends shaping the local residential and commercial real estate market.

E.ON Business Services Cluj, part of the German group E.ON, will relocate to a  new office space in Record Park, the mixed-use project developed by Speedwell, and owned by AYA Properties Fund. The fit out works for the new office have been completed and the company is expected to start operations in the new space soon.

Property developer Speedwell says it will be installing photovoltaic panels on two of its office projects in Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca in a bid to make its building more sustainable. 

Speedwell and Baltisse have sold Record Park Offices in Cluj-Napoca to Belgian AYA Properties Fund in a deal worth €35 million. 

Law firm Reff & Associates | Deloitte Legal worked with Speedwell on refinancing the loan granted by BRD Groupe Société Générale for the development of the Record Park Offices project located in central Cluj-Napoca.
