
BIG Poland has confirmed that a new 2,900 sqm building for Bricomarché will open at BIG Myszków retail park later this year. The company is also planning a further expansion of 6,000 sqm of retail space. The announcements were made during a community event held to mark the rebranding of the retail park.
Located in Myszków, at the intersection of provincial roads 793 and 791, the retail park currently offers nearly 11,000 sqm of space with 550 parking spots. Tenants include Lidl, House, Cropp, Sinsay, CCC, Deichmann, Martes Sport, Apart, Smyk, Pepco, Rossmann, Empik, and Media Expert.
Eran Levy, CEO of BIG Poland, said: “When we took over the retail park in Myszków, we announced plans for its expansion and an enhanced tenant mix. We can now confirm that construction of a new 2,900 sqm building, which will house a Bricomarché store, will be completed later this year.”
BIG Poland, part of BIG Shopping Centers group, operates nine retail parks in Poland with a total GLA of 175,300 sqm, and has three additional developments in Piła, Olkusz, and Konstantynów.
