Shell has renewed its lease at the DOT Park office complex in Kraków, signing for over 22,800 sqm across three buildings. The deal is the largest office lease in Poland in the first half of 2025 and the biggest single office transaction ever recorded in Kraków. Shell has operated at DOT Park since 2015, where its business operations centre employs more than 5,000 people.
As part of the renewal, Shell plans to refurbish its offices to better suit employee needs, adding electric vehicle charging stations and parking for bicycles and scooters. The complex, owned by Golden Star Estate, consists of five buildings offering over 44,000 sqm of office space.
“Extending our cooperation with Shell is not only a great commercial success, but also a strong confirmation that DOT Park meets the highest expectations of global tenants,” said Mariusz Breś, Vice President at Golden Star Estate. Magdalena Ruta, Head of Asset Management, added: “Renegotiating 22,800 sqm with a major tenant like Shell, particularly in such a competitive market as Kraków, is a double win for us.”
DOT Park is located in the southwestern part of Kraków near Jagiellonian University and other international institutions, with access to public transport and major roads. Other tenants at DOT Park include LuxMed, Webcon, and Ericsson.
