mBank’s headquarters will be located in the tower of the Mennica Legacy Tower complex. The total office space at the complex developed by Golub GetHouse and Mennica Polska S.A. at the intersection of Prosta and Żelazna streets in Warsaw has thus been commercialized. The agreement signed by the bank and Mennica Legacy Tower investors is one of the largest transactions in the history of the office market in Poland.

Panattoni Europe returns to Legnica with a new project. The developer has commenced works on the first modern distribution centre in the Legnica area, planned to total in excess of 100,000 sqm. DLA Piper has launched a new "proptech" practice for the real estate and construction sector and new technologies. The firm's Polish proptech team is led by Poland Co-Managing Partner Jacek Gizinski, Head of Real Estate, and Ewa Kurowska-Tober, Head of Intellectual Property and New Technologies.

JLL has appointed Tomasz Trzósło as Managing Director of the CEE Markets. He will oversee the company’s operations across Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia, alongside his existing responsibilities as country manager for JLL’s business in Poland.

Warsaw, Krakow and Wrocław offer access to large pools of high-skilled professionals, modern office space and suitable infrastructure. They compete for shared services centres not only with other Polish cities but also with large urban areas worldwide, according to Cresa’s report on the Polish outsourcing market.

MLP Group will build a new logistics park in the vicinity of Lublin. This will be the second centre to be built in this part of Poland by this leading industrial property developer. The facilities slated to be built in this new venue will deliver a total of approximately 51,500 sqm of modern industrial space.

The annual volume of leased floorspace in 2018 was 3.7 million sqm on Poland’s industrial market. The market grew by a further 2 million sqm while nearly 2 million sqm of space is under construction. Last year also saw record-breaking total for industrial investment transactions - worth €1.84 billion, according to JLL’s market summary.
