PINK has published figures on the office market in Warsaw for Q3 2021. The data is sourced from advisory companies from the commercial real estate sector (BNP Paribas Real Estate, CBRE, Colliers, Cresa, Cushman&Wakefield, JLL, Knight Frank, Savills) and includes information on modern office stock, new completions, take-up volumes and vacancy rates.

Michał Kwinta, who has been with Mindspace since the inception of its Polish branch, has been promoted to City Lead Poland. In his new role he will be responsible for implementing Mindspace’s global strategy in Poland and for continuing the development of Mindspace’s network in Warsaw.

Atrium European Real Estate Limited, an owner and operator of shopping centres and residential for rent properties in Central Europe, announces that it has signed its first two residential transactions, totalling around 650 residential units, located in Warsaw and Kraków in Poland, for €53 million in aggregate. Due to the expansion of 7R's development business, the company's board has appointed Bartlomiej Krawiecki as Vice-Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his new role, effective from September 2021, Bartłomiej Krawiecki is responsible for implementing 7R's development strategy in Poland and foreign markets. Łukasz Jachna also joins the company's management board, and from October this year, will be Chief Capital Markets Officer.
