Retail parks are growing in smaller Polish towns, mixed-use facilities and new residential estates provide commercial space in large cities, says Walter Herz.

Immofinanz has opened its eleventh Stop Shop strip mall in Poland. It is located in Zielona Góra, close to the German border.

Four companies - Westwing, PF Logo Express, CEVA Logistics, and British American Tobacco - have decided to extend leases in the P3 Poznań logistics park. The combined area of these leases is 94,400 sqm.

Panattoni is developing a factory for Reynaers Aluminium near Warsaw. Liebrecht & wooD has started preparations for its latest project in Warsaw’s Praga-Północ district. Drucianka Campus will be developed as part of the revitalization of Drucianka (the Warsaw Wire, Pin and Nail Factory), which will be a large-scale mixed-use complex, offering 42,000 sqm of office space and more than 7,500 sqm of additional space for retail, services and events.

At the beginning of October, Michał Białas will take the position of Head of Business Development at 7R warehouse developer. The new head of business development in the company has many years of experience in the real estate sector, specializing in structuring, financing and transaction execution. At 7R, he will be responsible for the development of the real estate portfolio and tenants, as well as the implementation of the company's development strategy in key markets.

Greenberg Traurig advised Marvipol Development on the sale of 138 residential and non-residential units in the Unique Tower complex, situated in Grzybowska Steet in Warsaw, to the Heimstaden Bostad Group.

The Polish logistics operator has signed leases for approximately 20,500 sqm of additional space in MLP Pruszków II and MLP Łódź, two logistics parks in the MLP Group’s portfolio. Following the handover of the new facilities, Uniq Logistic will occupy a total area of close to 44,000 sqm. The tenant was advised on both transactions by real estate agency AXI IMMO.
