Over the last few quarters, a new office space supply gap in Warsaw, caused by record low levels of space under construction and predominantly forecast for 2023, has been widely discussed. This appears to also be the case with Poland's largest regional markets albeit slightly lagging behind Warsaw, says JLL. 

High inflation is one of the factors that will have a huge impact on budgeting related to leasing office space by tenants in the near future, says Avison Young Poland.

Starting November 2022, Agnieszka Ciupak joined GTC Poland as Executive Director. In her newly-created role, she will be responsible for all operations of the office sector, including leasing, fit-out, asset management, facility management, as well as marketing and company-wide HR.

Colliers has taken over the management of the Tensor office complex in Gdynia, owned by the joint venture of Czech open-ended real estate fund Investika realitní fond and Luxembourg private equity investor Bud Holdings. Experts from the company's regional office will additionally be responsible for supporting the owner in the property’s commercialisation.
