Despite rising operating costs, high inflation, and uncertainties related to events such as the conflict in Ukraine, Central and Eastern European markets continue to be attractive compared to Western Europe. Daniel Bienias, Managing Director in CEE at CBRE, talked to Property Forum about investment trends and the future of the advisory business in the region and beyond.

MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski Park witnessed an official cornerstone-laying ceremony. The new logistics centre by MLP Group will encompass 56.7 thousand sqm of warehouse space, of which 9.2 thousand sqm will be taken up by the initial occupant Sunrise Medical. The project, due for completion in February 2024, is expected to achieve the BREEAM New Construction certification of ‘Excellent’.

Hillwood Polska and LCube have signed an agreement to develop a logistics facility on the eastern outskirts of Wrocław. Spanning over 60,000 sqm, the Hillwood & LCube Wrocław East industrial and warehouse complex will offer Class A warehouse space and meet 'Excellent' BREEAM certification standards. LCube will serve as the Development Manager, working closely with Hillwood through the construction and commercial phases.
