Revetas Capital has concluded the disposal of Bonarka Meadows in Kraków, a permitted residential development project, to Henniger Investment S.A., a Polish company that has been operating in the investment industry for over 30 years. The price has not been disclosed.

Bonarka Meadows is positioned on two land plots adjacent to Building G and Building H which are part of the class-A office complex Bonarka for Business “B4B”, a 77,000 sqm fully BREEAM-certified complex hosting an array of blue-chip tenants. The land plots have a total development area of 10,400 sqm with building permits in place for 20,800 sqm residential purposes and are planned to deliver 434  apartments spread across 4 buildings, each with 10 above-ground storeys. The Bonarka for Business “B4B” complex is a landmark office development of TriGranit, who has successfully created the residential concept for Meadows and led the permitting and disposal efforts.

Since 2006, Henninger Investment Group’s activities have been focused on the acquisition and management of real estate assets. The developer's flagship estate is located in Kraków – Visionary Estate – and consists of 16 buildings with over 1,600 apartments that have been built on an area of 80,000 sqm.

Henniger Investment's development plans are extensive. The company has purchased land plots in cities such as Gliwice, Katowice and Wrocław. With the successful transaction of Bonarka Meadows, the company was able to start construction works.

Vlad Dragoescu, Director, CEE Head of Portfolio Management at Revetas Capital, stated:  “We are pleased with the successful transaction with Henninger Investment, a reputable Polish partner known for their extensive experience in residential developments. With a strong focus on achieving a perfect work-life balance and maximizing the utilization of the land plot, this project will greatly benefit our business community and its employees in the Bonarka for Business "B4B" office park. The integration of various functions, including office, retail, leisure, and a future residential component, will complement each other and enhance the district's overall appeal. This strategic move will create a unique cluster and further solidify B4B office park’s position in the region as one of the most attractive destinations for the live-work-play concept, a vision that Revetas Capital had since the inception of Bonarka for Business regeneration project, that is now becoming a reality.”
