Panattoni is developing a distribution centre for  ORBICO Supply – a logistics operator from the Orbico Polska group, responsible for the distribution of over 50 global brands. On completion the BTS centre in Teresin will have an area of 38,000 sqm.

LeadCrest Capital Partners announced two transactions in Poland: a new industrial sale-leaseback as well as €20 million sale-leaseback acquisition of three retail warehouses.

H2 Energy, a subsidiary of Westa Investments, has signed an agreement with JLL. The contract covers advisory support regarding investment located in Poland’s Lubuskie province. The investor plans to build one of the largest Hydrogen Valleys in Europe, which will be based on large-scale wind and photovoltaic farms. The role of JLL's experts in the project will be to obtain a partner interested in jointly developing the hydrogen hub with H2 Energy.

Rohlig Suus Logistics has leased 20,393 sqm at MDC2 Park Gliwice, which will include 19,773 sqm of warehouse space and 420 sqm of office and social space. The total area of the 3 warehouse buildings in the park will exceed 57,000 sqm.

This year, we can observe a decrease in investor activity in the commercial real estate sector throughout Europe. The value of the investment volume in the first quarter of 2023 decreased in Poland by over 60 per cent year-on-year, and in some Western European markets by as much as 90 per cent. The Polish market boasts higher rates of return than those offered by Western Europe and still compares favourably with European markets. According to Walter Herz, investors are looking for opportunities in the Polish commercial real estate market.

MLP Group has successfully placed €29 million worth of bonds with 36 investors in a public offering intended for qualified buyers. The transaction was arranged and conducted by mBank. Student Depot plans to complete two new investments in Warsaw and Łódź in the autumn. Both student residences will open at the beginning of the academic year 2023/2024, thereby increasing Student Depot's portfolio by nearly a thousand beds.
