Andrzej Wronski, Group Head of Asset Management for P3 Logistic Parks, will be taking over the role of Managing Director for P3 Romania starting July 2023. He is replacing Sînziana Pardhan, who decided to step down after six years of running P3 operations in the country. 

Markets like Poland have recorded rental growth of 20% and the upward trend is visible almost everywhere across P3 Logistic Parks’ European portfolio. During MIPIM, Property Forum sat down with David Marquina, Chief Development Officer of European Development at P3, to talk about the drivers of European logistics markets and to find out what’s next for the developer.

P3 Logistic Parks has announced the contract renewals and extensions for Logistic E Van Wijk and HOPI Logistics, which are some of the longest-standing tenants in the company’s portfolio. The two companies will occupy around 20,538 sqm of logistics spaces and offices within the park. 

Industrial developer P3 Logistic Parks has secured leasing contracts for over 98,500 sqm of logistics and office space in Romania during 2022 over higher demand from the retail, logistics and transport sectors. 

Panattoni has sold its strategic Wroclaw Campus project in southwest Poland to P3 Logistic Parks. The project totals 185,000 sqm. The price has not been disclosed.

Industrial and logistics developer P3 closed transactions for 78,000 square meters of office and logistics space in Romania in the first nine months of this year. Of the total transactions, 34% are new long-term contracts, while the rest comprises short-term contracts or extensions of existing lease agreements. 

Transport and logistics operator SLS Cargo has leased another 11,412 sqm in P3 Bucharest A1 logistics park and will occupy more than 30,000 sqm in the project following the latest lease transaction brokered by JLL Romania.

P3 Logistic Parks has started construction of the final warehouse - comprising 77,630 sqm - at its Poznań park, located in a convenient location between Berlin in Germany, and Warsaw in Poland. Almost a third of the new space, 25,507 sqm, has already been leased to the logistics company Kurier, owned by VAN group.

ELBI, the supplier of low power equipment, has leased 15,000 sqm in P3 Bucharest A1 and will start operating the warehouse in November 2022 following an investment of €3 million.

Property developer P3 Logistics Parks has completed a new accommodation building spanning 2,000 sqm for the staff employed in the P3 Bucharest A1 logistics park near Bucharest.
