Andrzej Wronski, Group Head of Asset Management for P3 Logistic Parks, will be taking over the role of Managing Director for P3 Romania starting July 2023. He is replacing Sînziana Pardhan, who decided to step down after six years of running P3 operations in the country.
In his new role, Wronski will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of the business in Romania, whilst maintaining its group responsibilities as well.
“I look forward to working with our talented team and delivering the exceptional service that our customers have come to expect from us,” said P3 Romania’s new Managing Director.
In 2022, P3 Logistic Parks completed transactions totaling almost 100,000 sqm, with over a third representing extensions of existing contracts. Over half of the new leasing volume was covered by logistics companies.
P3 has more than 7.6 million sqm of assets under management in Europe and its land bank covers 1.9 million sqm.
