7R is launching a project near the A1 and A4 Gliwice-Sośnica motorway junction. The facility will offer future tenants a total of 40,000 sqm of modern logistics space.

7R Park Gliwice will be built at the junction of the A1 and A4 motorways, which is part of the European route E40. Gliwice - located 25 km from Katowice, 37 km from Katowice - Pyrzowice airport - offers convenient access to several motorway junctions and many provincial and national roads. This facilitates transport not only within Upper Silesia and other Polish regions but also to neighbouring countries.

"Due to its communication potential, 7R Park Gliwice will be one of the best locations in Poland for the logistics sector, including distribution companies. The first phase of the investment will offer approximately 40,000 high-quality warehouse space, which can be divided into smaller modules and adapted to the individual needs and expectations of tenants", says Magda Twarowska, Leasing Director at 7R.

7R Gliwice Park I comprises a total of 41,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. The way it is designed allows flexibility in dividing it into modules, while the 10 m storage height and 12 x 22.5 m column grid allow for efficient use of space. A fire load of more than 4,000 MJ/sqm, an NFPA13-compliant sprinkler system and a floor load capacity of 7T/sqm guarantee safety and durability. It will be equipped with solutions to support the reduction of energy consumption, such as photovoltaic panels, destratification, LED lighting and daylighting of the unloading area. 7R Gliwice Park has been designed to meet BEEAM certification standards of at least Very Good.

The project is being implemented as a joint venture, in partnership with Quantum Development.
