GTC, an investor and manager of commercial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, has signed a lease agreement for 23,000 sqm with the City of Łódź. The municipal administration will relocate its main headquarters to the University Business Park complex on Wólczańska Street, consolidating 34 offices, departments and branches in a single location. Around 1,500 municipal employees are expected to work from the complex, with operations beginning at the turn of 2027 and 2028.

Archicom, a property developer within the Echo Group, has received an occupancy permit for the second phase of its Flow development in the New Centre of Łódź. More than 80 per cent of the flats in the phase have been sold, with only a small number of one- and two-bedroom units remaining available.

Duda Development's Dyfrakcja Łódzka project in Łódź is entering its final construction phase, with overall progress exceeding 95%. The development at ul. Wodna 3 comprises 214 flats ranging from 25 to 97 sqm, with one to four rooms, along with a two-level car park with bicycle storage and storage units, and eight ground-floor commercial units.

Grupa Hasco has officially opened a modern distribution and logistics centre near the Stryków junction outside Łódź.
