Panattoni has secured €22.5 million financing from Bank Pekao for a build-to-suit project in Łódź for Zrew Transformatory. The funds will be used to build a power transformer manufacturing plant.

The Łódź region continues to strengthen its position as one of Poland's most important logistics hubs, with tenant demand having reached 1.17 million sqm (+17% y/y) during 2025, marking the second-highest result nationwide, according to a report by Axi Immo.

Panattoni has signed new agreements with acoustic cabin manufacturer Mikomax, which will rebrand as Hushoffice in March.

P3 Logistic Parks has extended lease agreements with two tenants for nearly 10,000 sqm at P3 Łódź City III. SBS and Fileder will continue their operations at the logistics park in central Poland.

Nowa Szkoła, a company specialising in furnishing schools, kindergartens and nurseries, has decided to renegotiate its lease agreement and expand its operations within the Central European Logistics Hub (CELH) in Łódź.

Panattoni started projects in Poland totalling about 840,000 sqm, worth nearly €650 million in 2025. The developer leased close to 1.5 million sqm of space and sold 19 projects to international investors, showing strong market momentum and growing demand for modern industrial space.

Panattoni has completed construction of a new production facility for E.G.O.- Group, a leading supplier of components for the household appliances sector. The 15,000 sqm factory was delivered in a build-to-own formula in Łódź, next to the company's existing HQ.

Polish logistics company Uniq Logistic has leased approximately 9,400 sqm of new warehouse space at MLP Łódź, increasing its total leased space from MLP Group to more than 47,000 sqm across the MLP Łódź and MLP Pruszków II complexes.

Panattoni has launched construction of a new plant in Łódź for Zrew Transformatory. The investment, worth about €27 million, will double the company's production capacity and create 200 new jobs.
