Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków has appointed Knight Frank to manage its Fabryka Kart office building. The nearly one-hundred-year-old building has been given a new life after the revitalisation completed in 2019. Currently, it is a loft-like building with a total floor area of more than 2,500 square metres.

Speedwell has mandated Knight Frank to sell the office buildings and sports centre of Record Park, a mixed-use project (office, sports centre & residential) situated in central Cluj-Napoca (next to Dedeman’s The Office). The sales mandate includes three separate buildings: two office buildings - a new Class A office building next to a renovated historic building of the former imperial stables - and a new stand-alone sports centre with a pool.

ATAL SA – a Polish developer – selected Knight Frank as its exclusive agent to commercialize the Krakowska 35 office property in Wrocław. The consultancy will also manage the property. The edifice with a total area of ca. 14,000 sqm will be handed over for use in Q1 2021.

IMS Budownictwo has completed the sale process of Building A of the Zabłocie Business Park in Kraków. A company from the Austrian insurance group Uniqa became the office property’s new owner. The final agreement was signed on September 12th, with the transaction amounting to nearly €30 million. Knight Frank acted on behalf of the seller.

Spaces has leased 2,700 sqm in the mixed-use Wroclavia centre. Experts from JLL advised Spaces on the negotiation of lease terms. The developer - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield - was represented by Knight Frank.

Hong Kong will retain its title as the world’s most expensive office market despite rents being forecast to decrease in 2019, according to Knight Frank’s latest Global Outlook Report. Knight Frank's chief economist believes that there is a compelling global case for continued rental growth across the global cities.

According to Knight Frank’s global report, residential prices in Budapest grew by 19% y-o-y in Q3 2018, registering the third largest growth rate in the world. Zagreb also registered a growth rate above 10%.

A new player has entered the advisory market in Hungary and it intends to become a dominant player on the country’s dynamically growing investment market. LC Corp Group has chosen Knight Frank to be the property manager of Retro Office House in Wrocław. Completed at the end of March, the office building offers a leasable area of 20,700 sqm and has already been rented out almost in its entirety.
