Adventum-backed SPP to launch euro-based IPO in Budapest

Trinity Bank buys banking palace in Prague's centre

A listed building in one of Prague's most expensive streets, Na Příkopě, was bought from Commerzbank Group by Trinity Bank. Trigema Group buys ski resort in Rokytnice nad Jizerou

Trigema Group is expanding its portfolio of ski resorts. After the ski resorts Monínec in Central Bohemia and Samota near Železná Ruda in Šumava, it is heading to the Krkonoše Mountains, where it is buying the ski resort in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. The price was not specified, but Trigema intends to invest CZK 1.3 billion (€53.4 million) in the area, mainly in the Horní Domky and Studenov parts, writes online daily newstream.cz.

Archicom issues 10 million new shares and raises PLN 220 million

The process of accelerated book-building for Archicom shares has been completed, as a result of which Archicom, Echo Investment and DKR Investment, i.e. companies belonging to the Echo Investment Group, set the sales price of existing Archicom shares and the issue price of 10 million new series D and E shares at PLN 22 per piece. Carbon bubble to be a serious threat to the property market

Global real estate - one of the largest contributors to greenhouse gas emissions - should become net-zero in less than three decades. FLE acquires third asset in CEE in 2023

FLE has successfully signed and closed the acquisition of the ca. 12,500 sqm DAFA warehouse and light production facility in Natolin (Grodzisk Mazowiecki Region), located in Warsaw logistic Zone II. The transaction was construed as a sale and long-term lease back. The price has not been disclosed.

New leases

  • The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines has moved to Bucharest-based SkyTower, operating out of a 580 sqm space under a 5-year lease agreement. The building also hosts the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Romania.
  • De Heus, a producer of animal feed, which has built a strong presence in the Polish market, has leased 7,050 sqm of warehouse and office space at GLP Łódź III Logistics Centre. This is the first Class A warehouse of De Heus in Poland. The tenant was advised by specialists from Newmark Polska during the search for the right space and throughout the lease negotiations.
  • Endava has leased an additional 2,400 sqm in the UBC 1 building, part of the Palas Iași mixed-use complex owned by Iulius. This expansion brings its total office area to 5,500 sqm.

New appointments

  • MLP Group strengthened its management structures. Maciej Müldner, a manager with over 30 years of experience in finance at international corporations and banks, joins the Management Board. He will be responsible for further strengthening the Group’s financial position.
  • Indotek Group has welcomed Viktor Nagy, who joined us in September as Head of Non-Retail Sales. With more than 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, Viktor has held leadership positions at international companies such as Immofinanz, EHL Real Estate Hungary and Atlas Estates. In his new role, he will be responsible for further developing our non-retail sales strategy and strengthening international relations.
  • Paweł Reszczyński has been promoted to Land Development Director and will be responsible for coordinating land acquisition and investment processes for new logistics and industrial projects. Developing the land bank remains a key pillar of MLP Group's long-term expansion strategy.
