As of December 20, 2024, the owner of Reico has changed. The new owner (shareholder) of Reico is Erste Asset Management GmbH.

Ahold Delhaize has completed the acquisition of Romanian food retailer Profi Rom Food SRL (Profi) from MidEuropa for approximately €1.3 billion, the Belgian retailer announced in a press release.

Duna House published its estimates for December 2024, which show that 10,231 residential properties changed hands in Hungary and HUF 105 billion in contracted housing mortgage loans were realised. The 125,000 housing transactions estimated for the whole of last year represent an annual increase of 18%, while the more than HUF 1,300 billion in loans outstanding represent an annual increase of 123%.

Panattoni has finalized the sale of one of its Silesian investments. Generali Fond Realit (a part of Generali Group) purchased Panattoni Park Zabrze II on behalf of a fund under its management. The price has not been disclosed.

Investment groups SPM and SCF have become the new owners of the Prague office centre Palác Křižík. Both entities have acquired it from the previous owner, the Generali group.
