Hungarian developer Cordia plans to add over 1,000 apartments this year, in Budapest, with three-quarters of this supply hitting the market in the first quarter alone. This expansion will increase the availability of new homes in the city by 20% compared to the end-of-year stock.

The city of Prague has received a building permit for the revitalisation of the Smíchov transport hub, including an interchange for city and intercity buses or trams, in addition to the modernised railway station and metro station, reports E15.cz.

Martley Capital has completed the sale of two Polish warehouse assets from their Polish value add fund, known as POLAF. The assets are located in Długołęka and in Oleśnica, both in the Wroclaw Industrial Hub. The buyer and the price have not been revealed.

Chinese manufacturer UE Furniture has fully acquired a production facility in Timiș County, Western Romania, from local furniture and chipboard manufacturer Rus Savitar.

Romania recorded commercial real estate transactions worth around €730 million in the past year, up by 47% compared to 2023, according to a report by iO Partners. 

The international investment fund Indotek Group has sold the Bokserska Office Center office building in Warsaw. The buyer is Enter Air, a Polish charter airline, which plans to move its headquarters to the purchased building. The price has not been revealed. 

iO Partners has announced its expansion into Austria through a partnership with Optin, a real estate consultancy specialising in commercial, residential and investments.
