GARBE Industrial Real Estate CEE has received a building permit for two industrial premises in Pohořelice, 30 km south of Brno. The construction of the two halls is starting almost immediately and to be available for the tenants within eight months.

Panattoni has completed the construction of a new 50,300 sqm park in Bolesławiec. The first tenant in the development in Lower Silesia is to be Toyota Boshoku Poland.

The modern, developer-led warehouse stock in the Czech Republic reached almost 12.2 million sqm in the third quarter of 2024. Approximately 163,500 sqm were delivered to the market within 9 industrial parks across the country. This represents an 11% decrease compared to the same period last year and an increase of 64% quarter-on-quarter, reports Industrial Research Forum in its Industrial Market Figures for Q3 2024.

Total demand for industrial spaces in Hungary fell 11.5% to 483,000 sqm in the first three quarters versus the same period of last year. Net take-up, meanwhile, was up 3% to 384,980 sqm in the same interval, according to the Budapest Research Forum (BRF).
