The demand for logistics and industrial spaces reached 575,000 sqm during the first 9 months of 2024, down 20% compared with the same period of 2023, according to a Cushman & Wakefield Echinox report.

A new cargo port is to be built in Vlčie Hrdlo in Bratislava, which, according to the vision of the investor Win-Port Invest, is strengthening Bratislava's international commercial and transport importance. The non-parliamentary party Democrats has submitted an initiative to the General Prosecutor's Office (GP) of the Slovak Republic in connection with the planned Harbor Park trimodal port project, reports Yimba.sk.

Panattoni has completed a BTS development for an international client. A new factory was built in Świdnik for Trilux, the producer of professional lighting from Germany. The 23,000 sqm plant is the company’s first manufacturing facility in Poland.
