Just a few months after the handover of the first 21,000 sqm speculative industrial and logistics hall of IGPark Kecskemét South, Infogroup started the construction of a new building. The new hall is scheduled to be handed over in q4 2024.
The new hall will be built on a build-to-suit basis and is expected to be completed by the end of 2024. The 15,000 sqm building is being developed for an international automotive supplier by Infogroup, known for its regional industrial developments.
If all goes to plan, the company will simultaneously work on four industrial-logistics projects of 65 000 sqm by the end of the year: besides IGPark Kecskemét South phase 2, Infogroup has an ongoing development of a JABIL warehouse building in Tiszaújváros, as well as plans to launch phase 2 in Miskolc and a brand new development in Debrecen.
