CityOne Group has announced the acquisition of a manufacturing facility from German automotive supplier Woco Group in Kőbánya.

Industrial developer Panattoni has announced that Kvadrat Acoustics will occupy 10,000 sqm at Panattoni Park Poznań East II.

Amazon has announced the construction of a modern, 200,000 sqm robotic fulfilment centre (FC) in Dobromierz as the centerpiece of a €5 billion investment in Poland between 2026 and 2028.

Panattoni has secured another tenant for its development in Lower Silesia – Wrocław Campus 2. Sellpy, a digital platform for secondhand and other products, will launch a distribution warehouse in Wrocław, occupying approximately 38,000 sqm.

Industrial developer CTP has leased 29,000 sqm of industrial space plus 41,000 sqm of outdoor storage to Windar Renovables at CTPark Legnica in southwest Poland. The Spanish renewable energy company will build its second wind turbine tower manufacturing facility in the country.

MLP Group reported in 2025 revenues of €99.2 million (+15% year-on-year) and net profit of €108.3 million (+25% year-on-year), while achieving a record 370,941 sqm of new and renewed lease agreements. 

Warsaw has emerged as the primary hub for industrial projects, accounting for 36% of all industrial and logistics space currently in the pipeline, according to a report by BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Innovinia and its international manufacturing partner have renewed their lease agreement for another 10 years for the company's more than 10,000 sqm facility in IGPark Kecskemét West industrial park.

Panattoni has secured a new tenant for its investment in Małopolska. Fabryka Kart Trefl-Kraków will occupy 12,500 sqm of warehouse and office space at Panattoni Park Kraków East V.
