The Budapest Research Forum (BRF), comprising 108 Hungary Real Estate, CBRE, Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield, ESTON International, iO Partners and Robertson Hungary, has published its Q2 2026 industrial market snapshot for Hungary.
At the end of Q2 2026, the total modern industrial stock in Hungary reached 6,510,150 sqm. Of this, Greater Budapest accounted for 4,179,890 sqm, while Regional Hungary totalled 2,330,260 sqm.
Two new speculative industrial and logistics facilities were completed in Greater Budapest during the quarter, adding 28,850 sqm to the total stock. These comprised Faedra Business Park in Budapest and the second phase of HelloParks FT3 in Fót. In the regional markets, three schemes in the Northern Great Plain region delivered a combined 89,125 sqm of new industrial space. Across Hungary, new completions added 117,975 sqm to the national stock.
