Panattoni has signed new agreements with acoustic cabin manufacturer Mikomax, which will rebrand as Hushoffice in March.

7R has completed the sale of a warehouse facility near Słupsk to Cristal Life, a real estate investment trust managed by French asset management company Inter Gestion Reim. This marks the French company's first transaction in the Polish market.

Slovakia's industrial and logistics property market recorded total leasing activity of approximately 320,000 sqm in Q4 2025, representing a 56% year-on-year increase and the strongest quarter in the market's history. Net leasing activity exceeded 94,000 sqm, showing a 91% quarterly increase, according to CBRE Slovakia's quarterly report.

Panattoni is constructing another build-to-order facility for Danfoss, a global leader in heating, cooling, industrial automation and electric drives. The modern production and warehouse facility spans approximately 22,500 sqm in Tuchom, with construction scheduled for completion this spring.

Industrial developer CTP has completed a new 54,000 sqm building at CTPark Bucharest South, located in Popești-Leordeni, south of Bucharest. The first tenants have already begun operations in the new space.

LemonTree has completed the sale of two warehouse buildings from the first phase of the Booster Zabrze complex to Vestas Investment Management Europe. The transaction, backed by Korean capital, is valued at over €120 million and includes a commitment to acquire the second phase upon completion.

Slovakia's industrial property market experienced a strong rebound in Q4 2025, with net take-up reaching 82,496 sqm, marking a notable increase from the previous quarter, according to a report by 108 Real Estate. The improved absorption was supported by the completion of several large-scale projects, enabling tenants to secure space within newly delivered premises.

Romania's industrial and logistics market continued growing in 2025, with over 300,000 sqm of modern space delivered, bringing total stock to approximately 8 million sqm, according to Colliers' annual report. 

Makita has expanded its leased space at the MLP Pruszków II complex to approximately 18,000 sqm, nearly doubling its previously occupied area, in a deal brokered by Cushman & Wakefield. The tenant is expected to move into the new part of the facility in mid-2026.

Demand for industrial and logistics space in Romania increased by 51% in 2025, reaching 1.27 million sqm, the second-highest level in the market's modern history, according to Cushman & Wakefield Echinox.
