The total modern industrial and logistics stock in Poland reached 36.6 million sqm at the end of 2025, according to a report by the Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (Pink) based on data from consultancy firms.

Nowa Szkoła, a company specialising in furnishing schools, kindergartens and nurseries, has decided to renegotiate its lease agreement and expand its operations within the Central European Logistics Hub (CELH) in Łódź. 

Iglotex, one of Poland's producers and distributors of frozen food, has leased 9,260 sqm of space at P3 Błonie under a five-year contract.

Industrial developer 7R has allocated 96% of net proceeds from its green bond issuances to financing seven projects within the green buildings category, according to its newly published Green Bond Allocation and Impact Report.

Total industrial demand in Slovakia exhibited robust growth both year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter, climbing to 301,800 sqm, according to the Industrial Research Forum. Net demand, which excludes lease renegotiations, accounted for 100,800 sqm of that figure. 

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 19.2-hectare plot in Gliwice and plans to build P3 Gliwice Logistics Park with nearly 100,000 sqm of space, including 94,000 sqm of warehouse space and 4,700 sqm of office space.

Romania's land market closed 2025 with transaction volumes similar to 2024 levels, totaling nearly €450 million. Political uncertainty and fiscal adjustments affected the first half of the year, but market sentiment improved after elections, with the final months delivering some of the strongest results in recent years, according to Colliers.

The industrial stock in the Czech Republic reached 13.28 million sqm by the end of 2025, according to the Industrial Research Forum. Gross take-up jumped to 642,000 sqm in Q4, with annual volumes reaching nearly 2.1 million sqm.
