P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 19.2-hectare plot in Gliwice and plans to build P3 Gliwice Logistics Park with nearly 100,000 sqm of space, including 94,000 sqm of warehouse space and 4,700 sqm of office space.

Romania's land market closed 2025 with transaction volumes similar to 2024 levels, totaling nearly €450 million. Political uncertainty and fiscal adjustments affected the first half of the year, but market sentiment improved after elections, with the final months delivering some of the strongest results in recent years, according to Colliers.

The industrial stock in the Czech Republic reached 13.28 million sqm by the end of 2025, according to the Industrial Research Forum. Gross take-up jumped to 642,000 sqm in Q4, with annual volumes reaching nearly 2.1 million sqm.

The commercial real estate investment market totalled approximately €525 million in 2025, and transaction volumes this year are projected to hit the €800 million mark, according to Colliers Romania data.

Harden Construction has completed construction of the Panattoni Park Poznań XIV complex in Głuchów near Poznań. The project comprises two modern warehouse buildings with a total area of over 22,000 sqm, fully delivered to tenants including a Polish e-commerce leader and companies Gasa Group and Markat Plus.

Garbe Industrial has partnered with Fortress Real Estate Investments to develop a 61,000 sqm logistics centre in Bucharest.  The joint venture represents Garbe's first development in Romania and Fortress's second project in the country.

Panattoni started projects in Poland totalling about 840,000 sqm, worth nearly €650 million in 2025. The developer leased close to 1.5 million sqm of space and sold 19 projects to international investors, showing strong market momentum and growing demand for modern industrial space.

Terranova Logistic Park, located on Șoseaua București-Târgoviște in northern Bucharest at the intersection with the city's ring road, was acquired by a group of investors active on the local market, for an undisclosed sum.

Panattoni is implementing the second stage of its investment in Szczecin, building nearly 14,000 sqm as part of Panattoni Park Szczecin V. The developer has signed a lease agreement for nearly 4,300 sqm of new space with a global logistics industry leader.

The total value of completed transactions in Poland's commercial real estate market reached €4.3 billion, down 12.9% year-on-year, although the office and industrial sectors returned to growth, finds a report by Savills.
