Developer GRIDARCH has completed the third phase of construction at Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park (#OAMP) in Mošnov. Three new industrial halls with a total leasable area of 124,000 sqm will serve as BMW Group's overseas logistics distribution centre, with DP World appointed to manage logistics operations. Pilot operations are now under way, with the centre expected to be fully operational by the end of 2026.
"We have been developing Ostrava Airport Multimodal Park since 2018 and we are proud of the completion of this purpose-built facility for BMW Group," said Tomáš Novotný, CEO of GRIDARCH.
"After 18 months of project implementation, we are delighted to launch operations at this new site for one of our key customers," said Robert Sgariboldi, Country Manager of DP World Czech Republic. "We look forward to expanding our presence in Mošnov."
The #OAMP park, which began construction in 2018, now comprises 300,000 sqm of industrial real estate across three completed phases. Phase I delivered 139,000 sqm, with part of the park later sold to EQT Real Estate. Phase II added 122,000 sqm across four halls, completed in March 2025. The park also includes a 151,000 sqm railway container terminal.
