Savills Investment Management and Vestas Investment Management have agreed on two lease extensions totalling 46,000 sqm in France and Poland.

Panattoni has started construction of a new phase within its logistics complex Wrocław Campus 2. The project in Krzyżowice near Wrocław will expand by 102,000 sqm, with DSV - Global Transport and Logistics taking 45,000 sqm as the first tenant.

LPP Logistics has opened an automated e-commerce warehouse near Bucharest with a surface area of 65,000 sqm. The facility's fleet of nearly 1,100 robots will enable processing of over 80,000 orders per day, strengthening LPP Group's logistics infrastructure in Southeast Europe. The centre has been operational since late October and will prepare online orders for Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, and Hungary.

Industrial developer CTP is advancing construction work for a new 10,800 sqm building at CTPark Oradea North, continuing its expansion in western Romania. With this new project, CTP's total portfolio in Oradea exceeds 100,000 sqm of leasable space, consolidating the city's role as a regional logistics hub.

CTP has secured a major international logistics firm as tenant for 80,000 sqm of build-to-suit space at its new CTPark Budapest-Érd in Hungary. The logistics operator signed a long-term lease for the distribution hub, which will be delivered in Q1 2027.

The Polish Chamber of Commercial Real Estate (Pink) has published data on Poland's warehouse and industrial market for Q3 2025, which shows that the modern industrial and logistics market reached 36.4 million sqm.

Romania's industrial and logistics sector recorded strong growth in the first three quarters of 2025, driven by activity in the Bucharest area. Total leasing demand reached almost 640,000 sqm between January and September, up 64% compared to the same period last year, according to Colliers data.

CBRE reports that office demand in Bucharest remained stable in Q3 2025, with total leasing activity reaching 61,500 sqm, consistent with the previous quarter but down from last year's quarterly average and the first half of this year. Despite the constant activity levels, market dynamics shifted this quarter as net demand increased by 44% compared to Q2 2025, totalling 41,700 sqm.
