HIH Invest Real Estate has just sold two HGV service stations in Poland on behalf of an investment fund owned by a German pension scheme and by a foundation. The assets were purchased by Investika, a Czech investment company formed in 2015. The closing of the transaction is scheduled for January 2022.

The social media giant has opened its operations centre in Olivia Centre in Oliwa district of Gdańsk. In the first phase, 80 places were created, and by 2023 the team will expand to 500 people. The branch will support companies from the SME sector with their promotional campaigns on Facebook and related applications.

Italian asset and fund manager Generali Real Estate has acquired 7R Park Gdańsk II in Gdańsk-Kowale on behalf of its pan-European Generali Real Estate Logistics Fund (GRELF) from Polish industrial developer 7R for an undisclosed sum.

Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk has undergone the analysis conducted by experts from the International Well Building Institute (IWBI) from New York. Olivia received a maximum score of 25 out of 25 points. According to the owner of the complex, this is the first such result recorded globally.

The first of the eight buildings planned as part of the Palio Office Park project in Gdańsk has been commissioned. The office building located on the premises of the Gdańsk Shipyard will deliver 16.6 thousand square meters GLA to the Tricity market.

Alides, the Ghent-based property developer and investor, has purchased Gdańsk’s Waterside office complex from DEKA Immobilien. The building has a marketable surface of 9,320 sqm and is located in the historic Old Town. This is Alides' second acquisition in Gdańsk, following the purchase of the Imperial Shipyard in 2017 together with Revive.  The purchase price has not been disclosed.

Cavatina Holding has started construction on the second stages of Palio Office Park in Gdańsk and Ocean Office Park in Kraków. The total area of both stages comes to 34,200 sqm.
