Panattoni Europe embarks on a new project near the Tricity Airport – Panattoni Park Gdańsk Airport. The distribution centre with close to 107,000 sqm has already got a stamp of approval from BBK S.A. – 68,500 sqm of the facility will be used as a multifunctional warehouse for home&you, a leading brand of interior furnishing articles. Completion of construction works is planned for mid-2020.

Hines Global Income Trust has acquired a modern logistics park with an area of over 30,000 square meters near Gdańsk. The property purchased on 24 September 2019 from the investment platform The SEGRO European Logistics Partnership (SELP) will be managed by Hines Polska.

JLL will be responsible for leasing commercial space in Airport City Gdańsk. Construction of the complex, whose usable area will ultimately total approximately 120,000 sqm, will start at the end of this year.

Euro Styl S.A. - a Tri-City developer specializing in residential projects and part of the Dom Development S.A. Capital Group - has acquired an investment land parcel located in the Młode Miasto area of Gdańsk, from Atrium European Real Estate Ltd. The vendor was represented by experts from JLL international advisory firm.

Radisson Hospitality AB, publicly listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Sweden and part of the Radisson Hotel Group, announced the opening of the Radisson Hotel & Suites, Gdansk in Poland. Highlighted as the first new Radisson in Europe, the hotel brings the group's portfolio to 17 hotels and almost 3,800 rooms in operation or under development in Poland.

The Heweliusza 18 office building has been given a valid occupancy permit. Tenants will start to move into the building from spring.

JLL has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Heweliusza 18 – an office scheme developed in the centre of Gdańsk by Apollo-Rida.

Office supply on the Tricity market keeps breaking new records with the average annual growth at 9% for the last five years. Tricity is currently Poland’s third-largest regional office market (excluding Warsaw) and continues to strengthen its position, according to Cresa’s report.

Radisson Hospitality AB announced the signing of the Radisson Hotel & Suites in. In March 2018, the group announced its plan to rollout Radisson, the upscale hotel brand, across EMEA - and this is the first hotel to open in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE). The new Radisson will bring the group's portfolio to 16 hotels (3,500+ rooms) in operation or under development in Poland.

Panattoni Europe nears the finish line with the launch of its fourth logistics centre in Tricity. Panattoni Park Gdańsk IV, with 41,500 sqm planned at full build-out, is only 4 km away from the Port of Gdańsk and the deep-water container terminal DCT Gdańsk, and the first tenants will be able to move into it already in the coming August.
