Goodman is now constructing a second modern warehouse building totalling 36,700 sqm in Pomeranian Logistics Centre. The company’s flagship development in Poland has already secured five new pre-lease agreements.
Nordea Bank AB Branch in Poland is one of the new tenants of Olivia Star, a newly constructed building of the Olivia Business Centre in Gdańsk. It leased two floors there occupying nearly 2600 sqm. Colliers International supported the Scandinavian firm in this transaction.
Galeria Metropolia in Gdańsk-Wrzeszcz was officially opened on 22 October 2016. Przedsiębiorstwo Budowlane Górski is the investor of the shoping centre, whilst Cushman & Wakefield is responsible for its commercialization.
The commercialization of Gdańsk’s Galeria Metropolia, which is scheduled to open on 22-23 October, is nearing completion. Fourteen new tenants include fashion stores, cafés and services. Cushman & Wakefield acted as the agent on the lease agreements.
Echo Polska Properties – an international fund operating as a REIT –is purchasing seven office buildings with almost 112,000 sqm of GLA from Echo Investment, a Polish developer. The total value of the properties as at the agreement amounts to almost €264 million. The sold properties are: O3 Business Campus in Kraków (phase I, II and III), Tryton Business House in Gdańsk, A4 Business Park in Katowice (phase III) and Symetris Business Park in Łódź (phase I and II).
Clothing company LPP SA, owner of brands such as Reserved, Tallinder, Mohito, House, Crops and Sinsay, decided to move into the Waterside building in Gdansk by leasing an office of more than 1,000 sqm. Knight Frank, acted as sole agent on behalf of the property’s owner, the Deka Immobilien fund.
Goodman Group has signed two lease agreements for a total of 7,800 sqm at the Pomeranian Logistics Centre (PLC), located adjacent to the Deepwater Container Terminal (DCT) in Gdańsk. With these new agreements, all available space (51,500 sqm) at PLC is now fully leased. In response to market demand, Goodman is also constructing 15,836 sqm of class-A warehousing at PLC, which will be delivered in the third quarter of 2016.
Business Garden Wrocław has signed up a new tenant: Travelplanet.pl., who just leased close to 730 sqm of office space. The ISOC Group, the owner of the three buildings developed as part of the first phase of the office complex, was advised on the lease transaction by Savills.
Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has appointed Cristi Moga as Head of Capital Markets. Moga has been working in the research department of the real estate consultancy since 2015.
Property developer Prime Kapital has extended its office lease in Globalworth Tower, Bucharest, for another five years. The company will occupy 3,066 sqm, which is more than double compared to the previous lease deal.

She will manage a team of professionals involved in the design and architecture of warehouse and industrial buildings and will also supervise the work of project managers responsible for the execution of 7R investments both in Poland and internationally.
