Property Forum’s series of virtual events, organised in partnership with the RICS, continues with online panel discussions focused on the leasing issues that arise during the COVID-19 lockdown. This week's remaining two events, focused on the Polish and Romanian property markets, will bring together landlords, tenants, legal advisors and other industry experts to shed light on the issues currently on the mind of market participants and to help provide an overview of the potential immediate and long-term implications of the coronavirus crisis. Our diverse group of panellists will answer all the burning questions that may arise in this unprecedented situation.

On 25th April 2017 the first edition of Prague Property Summit, organized by Property Forum in partnership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will gather leading real estate professionals and top executives from Central and Eastern Europe to analyse the potential of the Czech real estate market from a global perspective. 25 speakers and more than 100 visitors will come together in Prague, creating a unique networking opportunity. 

Greater transparency and continuous training pave the way for higher professional standards on the real estate market. More than 100 professionals, from all over Austria and Central & Eastern Europe gathered in Vienna last week to discuss new directions in the profession at the latest RICS event. 

RICS organised its first annual conference in Bratislava, Slovakia on 5 May. The half-day event focused on the role of international standards in emerging markets and on the Slovakian property market itself.
