Property Forum’s series of virtual events, organised in partnership with the RICS, continues with online panel discussions focused on the leasing issues that arise during the COVID-19 lockdown. This week's last event, focused on the Romanian property market, will bring together landlords, tenants, legal advisors and other industry experts to shed light on the issues currently on the mind of market participants and to help provide an overview of the potential immediate and long-term implications of the coronavirus crisis. Our diverse group of panellists will answer all the burning questions that may arise in this unprecedented situation.


With the vast majority of industry professionals now working from home, online meetings are becoming part of the daily routine. Property Forum is now organising a series of online panel discussions on the potential impacts of the coronavirus crisis on various segments of the property market.   • Colliers Hungary has appointed Balint Laszlo as Director and Head of Design & Build. Laszlo brings over a decade of expertise in technical project management and fit-out execution, with a specific focus on the office and industrial sectors. He previously served as Head of Fit Out at Futureal Group, where he managed project execution, technical delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. His professional background also includes site management and commercial leadership roles.
  • NEPI Rockcastle has nominated Zelda Roscherr as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Roscherr will stand for election at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in May 2026. André van der Veer, currently an Independent Non-Executive Director, will retire at the conclusion of the AGM and will not seek re-election.
