Property Forum’s series of virtual events, organised in partnership with the RICS, continues with online panel discussions focused on the leasing issues that arise during the COVID-19 lockdown. This week's remaining two events, focused on the Polish and Romanian property markets, will bring together landlords, tenants, legal advisors and other industry experts to shed light on the issues currently on the mind of market participants and to help provide an overview of the potential immediate and long-term implications of the coronavirus crisis. Our diverse group of panellists will answer all the burning questions that may arise in this unprecedented situation.


With the vast majority of industry professionals now working from home, online meetings are becoming part of the daily routine. Property Forum is now organising a series of online panel discussions on the potential impacts of the coronavirus crisis on various segments of the property market. She is a chartered surveyor, licensed broker, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 1991 and member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) in the UK since 1989. She is also an RICS accredited Commercial Mediator in real estate. Monika has 30 years’ experience in development and financial real estate consulting, valuations as well as strategic portfolio and asset management. She graduated in Town Planning at the South Bank University in London and Estate Management at the College of Estate Management Reading University in the UK. In 1987 she began her professional career at Montagu Evans in London as a development consultant. In 1991 she joined Price Waterhouse and gained extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate throughout Central and Eastern Europe. In 1995 she became a Director at Price Waterhouse Nieruchomości. Since 1998 she holds the position of Chairman of the Board and Partner at Knight Frank in Poland. She is currently overseeing strategic asset management, portfolio management and valuation service lines.  In 2011 – 2014 she was the Chairman of the Board of RICS Poland.
