Mountpark Logistics, a developer of industrial and logistics property, has acquired a 30 hectare site at Bernolakova, Bratislava, which has the potential to deliver up to 120,000 sqm of new logistics accommodation.

Expo Market Doraly, one of Romania’s largest shopping parks specialized in home items and food products, located in Afumati, near Bucharest, announced plans to develop a 10,000 sqm retail park following a €6 million investment.

NEPI Rockcastle plans to develop residential projects around the shopping centres it owns in Romania. The company will develop apartment buildings in five cities: Brașov, Bucharest (around Mega Mall and Vulcan), Râmnicu Vâlcea, Satu Mare, and Timișoara.

Cordia continues to expand in Poland: after Warsaw, Krakow and Gdansk, Hungary’s leading apartment developer has entered the market of Sopot, the seaside resort as well, planning to build on the street named after the Polish-Hungarian Friendship Day. Golub GetHouse has finalised the purchase of a plot of land located at ul. Grzybowska 59 in Warsaw. In accordance with the provisions of the building permit with respect to this real property, a residential tower of over 160 m with apartments for rent will be erected on the plot of 2,740 sqm.

Spanish-based developer, Gran Via Real Estate, completed the residential project Aviatiei Apartments with 291 units in Bucharest, followinga total investment of €17 million (construction cost, without land value).

It took 17 months for Avestus Real Estate to develop the construction of the Imagine complex at the intersection of Al. Piłsudskiego and Al. Śmigłego-Rydza in Łódź.

NEPI Rockcastle has announced the acquisition of a 200,000 sqm land in Craiova and plans to construct one of the biggest retail projects in the region of Oltenia. The value of the investment is estimated at approximately €110 million and the construction will start after obtaining all the necessary approvals.

Ceetrus has unveiled plans for its Góraszka Project which the developer has dubbed an innovative retailtainment destination with a GLA of 77,000 sqm. It will be a premium location for the inhabitants of south-eastern Warsaw for shopping and spending time with family and friends. The facility is expected to be completed by 2022. Ceetrus is open to cooperating with new investors, the press release adds.

Panattoni Europe embarks on the construction of Panattoni Park Częstochowa. It is the developer’s first project of this kind in the north of the Silesian voivodeship. Two modern halls will offer in total 30,400 sqm of Class A space. Construction works are set to begin in October, and the first units will be handed over to tenants in February 2020.
