Panattoni Europe embarks on the construction of Panattoni Park Częstochowa. It is the developer’s first project of this kind in the north of the Silesian voivodeship. Two modern halls will offer in total 30,400 sqm of Class A space. Construction works are set to begin in October, and the first units will be handed over to tenants in February 2020.

Panattoni Park Częstochowa – a modern Class A distribution centre with a total of 30,400 sqm will be situated within city limits, a short distance from the Częstochowa Industrial and Technological Park. The city has 222 000 inhabitants and 6 universities with over 15 000 students. The leading industries in the region are automotive, energy, metallurgy, retail and manufacturing.

“Panattoni Park Częstochowa came into being in response to very dynamic business growth and keen interest from tenants in this region of the country. With its location in southern Poland, the city offers excellent connections with the Silesian Metropolis, Krakow and, thanks to the newly built A1 motorway, with all major cities around the country,” explains Dorota Jagodzińska, Managing Director at Panattoni Europe.

The new project will comprise two halls – of 23,100 sqm and 7,300 sqm respectively. The facilities designed for warehousing and light production purposes may be flexibly adapted to the needs of a single company or several tenants. The smallest available unit is 3,800 sqm. The park will feature convenient service yards, spacious parking facilities and modern office units. It will also fulfil the requirements for BREEAM GOOD certification.

The park is situated in the eastern part of the city, near ul. Legionów, where many local businesses have their offices. It is as little as 4.5 km from the Częstochowa city centre, and less than 4 km from the A1 motorway. The distance to Katowice is 74 km, and to Krakow – 127 km. Ostrava and the Czech border are 2 hours away.
